Naturally EscaRosa app for iPhone and iPad

Interested in agritourism or ecotourism in Florida? The Naturally EscaRosa app is a free download created by the University of Florida IFAS Extension that puts over 100 northwest Florida outdoor destinations at your fingertips. Whether interested in hiking, fishing, paddling, or wildlife viewing or finding the freshest local food straight from the farm, Naturally EscaRosa can guide you there.

The app includes a colorful, user-friendly search tool for local destinations, which can be sorted by location (Escambia or Santa Rosa County) or by type of activity, including: Agriculture, Fishing, Paddling, Rentals, Trails, and Wildlife. Each location includes a GPS-enabled map, contact information, a site description, and photos highlighting the activities available.

• Agriculture: includes u-pick farms, corn mazes, orchards, Christmas tree farms, and demonstration gardens
• Fishing: inshore and offshore saltwater fishing charters, fishing piers, freshwater lake facilities
• Paddling: canoe, kayak, and standup paddleboard rentals and guides, along with great paddling locations
• Rentals: includes fishing charters and facilities, kayak/canoe/paddleboard rentals, sailing boats and charters, diving and snorkel providers, and bicycle or Segway rentals and guides
• Trails: includes local, state, and national trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding, along with camping facilities
• Wildlife: locations and facilities to view butterflies, birds, mammals, and fish, along with companies providing guide services
